I liked the location of the property and I liked that it was small and quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly but not overbearing. It was a simple check in service and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was lovely and we slept really well.

The room was way too warm for us as we like to sleep in a cool environment. We couldn’t seem to be able to turn the heat down. We did manage to open a window but it was not easy to get to it. Once the window was open though we slept very well.

It is in the middle of restaurants, bars, shops and theater. The next door bakery made us delicious breakfast with discount, because we are staying at the hotel. The bed slept very nice, the bathroom was spacious and the hotel was quiet. The reception was very polite and helpful and the bonus cookies was nice.

Our overall stay was perfect and we would come back if we are in London.

Great location close to the tube and next to an excellent bakery and pub, room was clean and queen bed felt large, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Not enough surfaces to put bags down on, such as toiletries bag.

need mugs for the tea/coffee rather than glasses. complimentary bottled water would be nice rather than buying it at reception at£5 a bottle . our sons room had a few hairs in the bath .

For the extreme price I paid - I ended up in a small basic white room which NO pictures on walls; stained carpet; a fixed high shower head; no wardrobe and a TV that basically didn’t work- and then only received 4 channels. Ended up discussing it with the deputy manager and got a discount and complimentary upgrade if I book again. I will NOT be returning. The only positive thing was the location. Absolutely nothing else. Honestly a massive rip off for tbe £220+ I paid before discount and not terribly impressed even with the 20% discount. Terribly disappointed overall.

The property is in a great area close to the action. The room was clean. Breakfast options, supermarkets and bars close by.

we booked a superior double room, with a king bed (150 x 198cm ) the bed was not up not to what we booked, check bed size unless you want to hang off the edge. This was the end of our 6 week holiday and we thought we would treat ourselves to something special which it wasn’t . Coffee machine was pathetic.

Everything other than the location of this hotel was just below par. I booked a superior twin room for my mum and sister to stay in for their visit to London. The room was about as far from superior as you could get. It was so small it was difficult to get into the room. There was literally no room between the two beds. If you went into the bathroom and the other guest opened the wardrobe door there was every possibility that you would be stuck in the bathroom as you couldn't open the door unless the wardrobe was closed. When I enquired about the size of the room and asked if there was a bigger room available. I was told that it was one of their bigger superior twin rooms which I find extremely hard to believe. If that was a superior twin room I can't even imagine the size of the standard twin. Needless to say no effort was made to find a more comfortable room. I had also added breakfast to the booking but when my mum and sister checked in they were told it was room only and that breakfast was more. When I called the hotel about it, they said to send them the email confirmation which I did and they never responded. When I questioned directly at the hotel later than evening, I was just met with a 'oh yes I saw that email', clearly replying would be expecting too much. Customer service is definitely not a priority here. (Although I have to mention there was one receptionist on during the day, whose name I didn't get but who was lovely, friendly and helpful). In the end, I decided not to have breakfast included which makes sense as there are lots of really nice places to have breakfast in the area. Overall the only think this hotel has going for it is the location.

This was the first time I travelled and stayed somewhere on my own! I was nervous about this but as soon as I got to the hotel I was put at ease! The rooms were comfortable and I felt safe! It was definitely worth paying a little bit extra to feel safe and have a full nights sleep!

The bed was comfortable, the room was neat and the location was exceptional!! This is a great part of town, close to everything and 1 minute walk from the tube.

Clean facilities and the bakery downstairs was nice!

This was not value for money and if that was a superior room, I’d be worried how small the double room was. Doesn’t look like the pictures and I was very disappointed with the price I paid for what I experienced.

Very good location. Comfortable bed and lovely shower.

Very little space to put belongings and thought that even for central London the room rate at £200 was too expensive. Also the carpet had many stains on it.

The hotel was in a great location and the rooms were well laid out, clean and had all the facilities we needed. Despite a communication issue with Booking.com which meant the correct rooms hadn’t been reserved for us, the hotel manager resolved this very quickly and we were happy with the outcome

For some reason the cleaner was in our room at 4pm on Saturday when we needed to get read to go out for afternoon tea. We had to ask her to come back after 5pm, which she did. I’ve never come across this before and was surprised, particularly as we were checking out the next day anyway!

Great location, just off the Tottenham Court Road. The rooms are a little dated but are very clean. We asked for a quiet room and that's exactly what we got. The air con wasn't very effective but we asked for a fan and one was promptly supplied. This isn't a fancy hotel, but it has everything you'd need, mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer etc. We would stay here again
